Account Responsibilities

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

While we take allergen information seriously and use it to filter suggestions, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated meal plans are completely free from allergens. Parents are responsible for reviewing all meal suggestions before preparation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Share your account with individuals outside your household
• Resell or redistribute the service

Intellectual Property

The Lunchin service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Lunchin and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written consent. Meal plans generated for your account are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunchin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated suggestions
• Allergic reactions or health issues related to meal preparation

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
